The Rode Wireless Go II brings a fresh new upgrade to the already all round Wireless Go. Made for everyday vlogging, on the go video, and journalism. The Wireless Go II incorporates multiple features that make capturing professional grade audio simple and effective. With a quick setup and efficient controls, the mics give instant functionality out of the box.Going through the series of upgrades the Rode Wireless Go II brings, the most notable is dual channel audio. While the previous Go was single channel and could only handle a single transmitter. The Go II can handle two transmitters for two person audio shoots with low latency. Being able to handle two transmitters also opens the option to work between dual mono and stereo modes. This gives the option to record each person on a separate channel.The new Series IV technology expands the line of sight greatly over its predecessor. The Wireless Go II has an operating range of 656 feet instead of the previous 230 feet. Both transmitters can separately run without negatively affecting this operating range. The Rode central companion app (available Windows, Mac, Android and iOS) adds another layer of customization and features such as playback, safety track recording in dual mono mode and more. You can record up to 7 hours of uncompressed audio (24-bit / 48 kHz WAV) or 24 hours of compressed audio. Files can be exported in various formats from MP3 to WAV with timestamps.
